Confidentiality

1. 3.1 You may have access to what BGEA may consider to be confidential information. You agree that such confidential information shall remain BGEA's property at all times and you agree that you will not directly or indirectly, in any way, reveal, report, publish, disclose, transfer or otherwise use any of the confidential information except as specifically authorized by BGEA. These obligations continue even after your role or Site access ends.

BGEA disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Accordingly, in the event of any breach by you, BGEA will be entitled to immediately suspend or terminate your account and otherwise discontinue your participation in its ministry activities. This is in addition to any other available remedies.
4. 5.4 Entire Agreement. The Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between BGEA and you with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements and understandings between BGEA and you regarding the Site.
